Email template does not display epic name

I installed Notification Assistant to create custom email notifications to display the epic and labels associated with each ticket. Thank you, Atlassian Community!

 

Unfortunately I cannot get the epic to be displayed in the NAJC ticket table template. I've attempted to use the following field names but none are displaying the name of the epic:

  • epic name
  • epic link
  • parent link
  • parent 

 

The project type I'm pulling information from is team managed software.

Hi Megan,

This works for me with an Epic Link set on the test issue:

My guess would be that the test issues you are looking at don't have an Epic Link set. If you need us to set up a call to look at this with you, please open a support ticket at:
