EazyBI Jira : Timer that shows 90 days

Rita Carnes March 12, 2020

I need to show a Time to Resolution ticker based on SLA of resolution within 90 days. This will show me how much time is left and if we have exceeded 90 days.  Does anyone know how to write that time measure?

Hi Rita,

You may want to use Age interval dimension and see unresolved issues grouped by their age.

To import Age interval dimension, select it in Import options:https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/jira-issues-import#JiraIssuesImport-AdditionaldimensionsforusergroupsandIntervaldimensions

After importing, you can define intervals as you need in this dimension: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/analyze-and-visualize/interval-dimensions

See an example report with Age interval dimension in eazyBI Demo account: https://eazybi.com/accounts/1000/cubes/Issues/reports/50398-open-issues-by-age-interval-and-priority

Best,

Ilze / support@eazybi.com
