EazyBI - Issues in an Epic Edited


I am working off of this example:

I have one question about the issue created count:

  1. How do I get the count of issues created to only count the issues in the epic, not the epic itself?
    • If you look at the demo report (link above) and expand the first epic, you will notice there are only 18 issues in the epic, not 19. So it appears the count is including the epic itself.

Hi @Michael ,

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. To display the count of issues under the Epic, you could try to create a new calculated member in the Measures dimension that would subtract the "Epic" issue type issues from the whole count of created issues. The formula could look similar to the one below:

[Measures].[Issues created]
([Issue Type].[Epic],
[Measures].[Issues created])
