EazyBI - Assignee Reporting

Good afternoon,

I want to be able to report on all users under the Assignee dimension, even if they have never bee assigned a ticket. Is there a way to report on users that are in the system, however have never been an assignee nor reporter?

Yes, eazyBI import users only if they have had any activity in any issue or are currently assigned. While we have some ideas to import all assignee users, currently we suggest a workaround to create a dummy issue and assign it to all the assignees (change assignees) you would like to monitor. Run an import. eazyBI will pick and import any assignee added to the issue. After import, you can delete the dummy issue. eazyBI does not delete already imported users unless it is not forced by empty the cube.

Hi Brandon,

Unfortunately eazybi only shows users when they have been assigned to a ticket.
