[EAZYBI] - How can I filter this report by issue create date?

Alfonso Fornell January 25, 2018

Good morning,

I need your help. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am sure that this question is so simply but I am not able to get the solution.

I have this report: https://ibb.co/n9YYob (Is a image of my report)

This report shows the issue history by status between two dates of the all BUG issue type of my project. OK. I want to see the same but filter by create date, I want to say, I want to see the current status of the issues created before December 21.

Exemple: If since December 21 there were 200 issues, I want to see the history (accumulated as you can see in the report) current status of the issues as of today.

I hope that you can understand me.

Thanks a lot of new.

Kind regards.

Alfonso

Hi @Alfonso Fornell ,

Unfortunately, I can't see the image you shared.

The measure "Issues history" will return the number of issues in each status with the Transition Status dimension at the end of selected Time dimension period. See more details on the measure "Issue history" and the Transition Status dimension here - https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/data-import/data-from-jira/import-issue-change-history.

To see the number of issues by their creation date in the current status, use the measure "Issues created" and the Status dimension.

Do I understand you correctly - you wish to see historical data for previous months, but current data for the current month?

If possible, please share the image of the report again.

Best,

Roberts // support@eazybi.com
