Currently we are having an issue with one person in the team not being able to use the e-signature option on the Jira board. I have tried changing their status on the Groups and have added them to the same groups as everyone else. They however are not able to move the User Story through the stage gate and do not have the option for e-signature.
I have tried google/Jira docs but can not find an answer.
Please can you advise.
