Im trying to make a dynamich forms for the customers portal.
Now i did a few setups etc, but its not working and i tryed everysingle thing.
Even followed all the manuals but it still dusnt work.
As you can see below, i selected the dynamic forms but it stil dusnt work.
Also heres a few of other settings i adjusted.

But what ever i try, its not showing up in the customer portal.
Normal Custom fields added to request type, works but i dont want tthat, because it needs to be dynamic

I'm Klaudia from the Deviniti Support team and I'll do my best to explain you on how the Dynamic Forms feature included in the Extension for JSM app works.
In general, to have dynamic behaviour, all the fields, even included in the Dynamic feature need to be added to the request type configuration. Therefore, please include not only your Office Manager field in the request type but both related fields (Pick Date & Time and Amount of People) as well.
If after this action you won't see any effect, please take a look at the below screenshot and notice that there are two options of activating Dynamic Forms:

This problem still exists.
I recently update our Extention for JSD to 9.14.7 and this problem appears.
I used dynamic form for Jira instead of Extension for JSD, but the problem is that you have to create new fields because the type of fields must be dynamic.

I found the problem.
The Extention for JSD not work together with Refind for JSD.
Update your Refind for JSD to leatest version, your problem should be solved.

@Klaudia Schön_Deviniti_ - We are experiencing an issue where our dynamic forms stopped working after the latest Chrome update. They work in Edge though.
Should I create a support ticket, post details here, create a new post?
