During workflow transition, some of the custom fields to be hide based on selection of value

JIRA Cloud:

During workflow transition, some of the custom fields to be hide based on selection of value of another custom field

Example:

Single Select Field 1

Single Select Field 2

Single Select Field 3

If we select a value from Field 1, remaining 2 & 3 fields should be disabled.

Is it possible with script runner cloud?
