I'm using formulas (for columns) in a Jira structure and my goal is to calculate how long the ticket was in the To Do status for a specific assignee.
Any ideas?

You can use the Time in Status column that shows how much time an issue spent in a certain Status or Statuses. Additionally, issues in the structure can be grouped by Assignee for more visibility.
