Downgrade from jira version

I want to downgrade from standard version to free version, I have tried many ways but it doesn't work, can anyone help me?

Hi @Hoang Dinh Tien ,

Welcome to the community !!

To change your product plan:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.

  2. Go to Subscriptions from the side navigation.

  3. From the subscriptions list, find the product you want to change the plan for and select Manage.

  4. On the Subscription details page, select Change plan.

  5. On the Plan selection page, compare and select the plan you want.

  6. After you agree to the Atlassian Cloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, select Agree and start trial.

Please note: 
If you have exceeded the maximum user limit for Free plan, reduce the number of users using your product and then continue with the plan change.

Hi @Hoang Dinh Tien ,

To change plan, you should be in one of the below role

Please follow below steps to change the plan

  1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ 
  2. Select the organization where you have the product
  3. In the new page opened, on the menu bar click More --> "Billing"
  4. Click Manage against the product on which you need to change the plan. When you scroll down, you get option to Change plan.
