Does WooCommerce Order Tracking Short Code require WooThemes Shipment Tracking plugin?

I have been testing the WooCommerce order tracking Short Code that came with Visual Composer Ultimate add ons. It make a nice page, however completing the form pressing the track button returns no results.  Is the WooThemes Shipment Tracking Plugin required?
