Does Ultimate Customizer work in cloud?

We will be migrating to JIRA cloud by the end of the year and we currently use Ultimate Customizer in our Service Desk. I was told be our IT team that this add-on is not supported in Jira Cloud. What does that mean for our Service Desk environment and what our customers will see?

No it does not have a Cloud version as far as I can see.

This just means all the functions it adds to your system won't be available on Cloud.  If you move over, all those customisations will vanish.
