Hello, if you have a set amount of time to work each week, say 35 hours, and then after a specific date you permanently increase your worklog to 40 hrs/week, does tempo backdate or does it keep historic worklog intact?
note: I don't want historic hours worked to change.

as far as I understand you, changes to the workload schemes (required hours to track, availability) take effect immediately and any historical data is not preserved.
