I have established the sync between confluence and Freshdesk so Freshdesk users can access documents w/o having a Confluence account. However, the sync includes the links within the confluence docs and when clicking on them it points to confluence which results with an error as the reviewer in Freshdesk has no confluence account.
Is there a way to:
1. Sync the confluence pages with Freshdesk and the links point to pages within Freshdesk
or
2. remove the links as part of the sync operation so the reviewer in Freshdesk will not see them.
@Zvi Eizenberg Welcome to the Atlassian community
I did not see anything in the documentation and I would suspect that this is not an option. You can always raise a request with the app vendor's support to see if this is something they could add in the future. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218400/confluence-to-freshdesk-sync?tab=support&hosting=cloud
