Do you have an updated "How to run Agile Retrospectives for Jira" documentation page?

Hello, all image links are broken on the instructions page for "How to run Agile Retrospectives inside Jira":

https://planningpoker.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SF/pages/297271325/How+to+run+Agile+Retrospectives+inside+JIRA

Do you have a different page for the instructions we can share with our team? We are currently piloting the retro tool on our Jira production instance and plan on upgrading from the evaluation copy to a paid license; however, we are still in the process of gathering feedback from the pilot participants and we would like to have updated instructions to share.

Thanks for your help!

@madi Welcome to the Atlassian Community

I will escalate this error to Atlassian.  Here are some other resources that you can use.  Atlassian has a whole section of Team Playbooks that you can check out.   Here is the one on retrospectives.

https://www.atlassian.com/team-playbook/plays/retrospective

You should also take a look at their agile coach resource here: https://www.atlassian.com/agile

It also has a retrospective page but it is really a conversation piece to provide insights.  https://www.atlassian.com/agile/scrum/retrospectives

Hope this helps.

@madi - The site you reference is not actually owned by Atlassian.  It an Atlassian Cloud-hosted Confluence site but it is not anything that they maintain or can update.  Hopefully, the other Atlassian resources that I provided will help.

Hi @Brant Schroeder , thank you so much for your help with this. The links are indeed very useful; however, we are piloting the specific tool, "Agile Retrospectives for Jira", in our production instance, which is why I reached out to see if we could get an updated page with instructions and the corresponding screen shots that I could share with our pilot participants (who are now learning how to use the tool to run actual/live team retros).

I also commented on the page itself, non-Atlassian owned (looks like I'm not the only one who has noticed the broken links) and addressed my question directly to the person I thought was the tool vendor representative, Luis Ortiz: https://planningpoker.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SF/pages/297271325/How+to+run+Agile+Retrospectives+inside+JIRA.

No response yet - and I can't find a way to contact him directly for support.  Is there any way you can help us reach the vendor, as we will be purchasing the product, but we'll need to make sure we get adequate customer support.

Thanks again so much for your help.

Madi

@madi - I would suggest using the contact information on their marketplace listing https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1218860/agile-retrospectives-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support
