Do we have any minimum requirement months for Subscription or lock in contract for Xray ?

Dear Team, 

we are exploring option for test management using Xray for our project here in our Company.

want to know if there is any minimum requirement for subscription and what happens after our subscription ends?

we might need it only for 6 months.

The short answer is that it will stop working when your subscription ends.

But I'm curious as to why you think you need it for only six months?  Have you got a weird non-Agile project that wants to do testing outside the development team, and expect to be all made redundant at the end of the project?

we are adapting a waterfall methodology for our project and current schedule is ~six months.  At the end of the project, we are not sure if any other project within our org. want to continue using this plugin for their projects.

Ok, that makes good sense. 

You will be able to subscribe to Xray (and any other app) on a monthly or annual basis, so I'd suggest monthly for the duration of your project, but re-evaluate if you discover anyone else who might want it.  Annual subscriptions are cheaper, but as a general rule, think "12 months for the price of 10", so that's the line here I would start thinking "get an annual licence" if other people would push you past 9-10 months!
