Display count/percentage of issue based on custom fields on a dahsboard

Hi,

I am looking for ways to display the following metrics either using JQL/ Dashboard Gadget or eazyBI.

1. % of issues where the difference between "Forecast date" (Datepicker/ Custom field1) and created date is greater than 30, 60 , 90 days 

2. Difference between "Forecast date" (Datepicker/ Custom field1) and Start Date (Datepicker/ Custom field2) ..and its average for the whole project

Thanks for any hints on how to advance this.
