We were requested to create a custom report that:
- Retrieves Employees' leave transactions from a 3rd party application. The request was to see all the Leave transactions that include:
- Sick Leave
- Annual Leave
- Study Leave
- Family Responsibility
- Other
- The report needs to be grouped by a user name (rows) and the leave values need to appear in columns
- There is a "Required" hours section that will need to subtract the leave days logged and display a total (net value)
- The report needs to have a grid view
I explored using an API integration between Tempo Timesheets, Jira and the application using custom fields, but am not able to change the columns from days, months etc to custom "leave-type" columns. Please help?
