trying to understand what can be the reason for the difference between total logged hours reported by Jira and by Tempo...
In my project (~18 months, 100+ people) employees were using Jira to log their hours. When after the project end we retrieve total sum of logged hours from Jira and compared with the total hours report from Tempo - it turned out that Tempo reports has ~13000 hours more than I have in Jira report.
For analysis we took all types of Jira issues, same period of time.
Any thoughts appreciated!
