Deletion of attachments from Confiform not working

I have a confiform where under certain conditions an attachment needs to be attached, and under other conditions that attachment needs to be removed (NDA restrictions).

Using the IFTTT function "Delete Attachment" and setting the Attachment ID as the field where the attachment is attached doesn't remove it from the form.

How can a file be removed from a form entry?

Hi @Erin Smith 

Form record holds a link to an attachment (or multiple) - if you delete an attachment then the link will be broken and the attachment will not be shown

If you want to unlink the attachment from a field record then consider setting it's value to "empty" via updating IFTTT rule
