Delete issue AND Enhancer Plugin

Hello

I install Enhancer plugin for Jira (version6.7.5) and when I delete issue faced problem.

I install this plugin before and this error display and prevented deletion.

Do disable any module of plugin??

What do I do?

If you believe that it is related to Enhancer Plugin, just raise a ticket here.

As the product owner of Enhancer Plugin, I'll be glad to help if you share the whole error stack trace, but please not as the image, please attach them as text.

If you are unsure that it is related to Enhancer plugin, you can make sure by disabling the app and seeing whether you can delete the issue.

But I'm still waiting for the whole stack trace. This png file does not seem to show every trace we need. Please, attach the whole trace or atlassian-jira.log file to the ticket.

Hi, try it

1. uninstalling the plugin (if not possible, go to the item 2)
2. stop the application
3. remove the plugin cache directory
4. start the application
5. install the plugin

Also check that the plugin version matches the application version.
