Daylight Savings Time - Michigan

I have been looking through the community to see if I can find any answers. From what I have seen. The system is supposed to automatically adjust the time for Daylight Savings. That is not happening for me.

 

My default region is America and my Time zone is GMT -5:00 Detroit. This is all fine, but the time is still an hour off. Is this something I just have to change and put in a different time zone to have the correct time, or am I missing a setting somewhere?

USA does daylight saving at different times to the rest of the world. Perhaps this is related and will fix itself in a few weeks when everyone else “catches up”.
