We have on-call rotation, 1 week. The person who is on call will have a main ticket for logging all hours spent on on-call issues.
I would like to have a report that tells me the avg hours in the on-call tickets.
I did try with a "Issues Work Log Table" report
But the report does not show the correct data.
e.g. I am expecting to se the avg of 15 hours.
There are 3 different tickets. I don' care about when they are created or closed.
