We are using Jira Cloud, and we integrated it with Slack.
Due to the project requirements and making our life easy, we need a few commands to update the custom fields using Slack.
For example, I have a start time filed option in my project report, and I want to update it from Slack instead of going to Jira and updating it.
I am looking for a command like /Jira create to create. Are there any customer commands we can build to update the fields and change the state of custom fields in the project?
Any solution will help to reduce our time to work on the tasks, and any suggestions will be highly appreciated. I appreciate any help you can provide.
