We're thinking about starting to use the "Time to SLA" plugin. However, I have some trouble configure the notifiers to include custom field values.I have tried syntax like:
$issue.getCustomFieldValue('customfield_10140')...
or
$issue.getCustomFieldValue($customFieldManager.getCustomFieldObject('customfield_10140'))...
Both of them render fine in JIRA Enterprise Mail Handler, used it to test. Anyne who can help me with the syntax for this?

The latter one is correct but we need to pass customfieldManager to the context. Please raise a ticket and we'll implement it soon.
