I would like to use Time to SLA plug-in fields in custom report, how can I use it?

Which fields do you want to see?

Could you please clarify? Do you mean the SLA Panel or the SLA dates in the panel? I don't think there is a way to use those Time to SLA fields that are seen on the panel in other custom reports.

You can access those fields via either REST API or SLA Report. But you cannot access them like the other custom fields in Jira.
