We use JIRA Service Desk in combination with "Automation for JIRA". It is a great tool which provides us a lot of oppertunities to automate our support-processes.
Currently we have two user defined fields: "Appointment Start" (date / time) and "Appointment End" (date /time).
Is there any possibility to create a rule which creates an appointmet in the Outlook-Calendar (Exchange) of the assignee with the value of this fields?
I found some apps which generate a internet calendar which is importable in outlook, but this creates an own calendar and we want to integrate the appointments within the "standard calendar" of the user.

There are apps like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213826/ics-issue-calendar-sync-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview that function on their own to sync issue to calendars. I don't know of any that work in conjunction with automation.
I use that app and it works well for us. But no, there is no link to Automation, nor do I think it is really necessary. It simply displays the issues associated with the query for the Calendar feed.
You might could use automation to update the issues directly themselves that might cause them to show up on the Calendar feed, but you don't need to call the app itself from Automation.
