Create teams with ICTIME plugin

I’m currently trying the jira plugin « ictime » (trial licence). The version I'm using is 3.0.3.

I have a big problem that needs to be solve. I can’t create teams (Configure Project -> Edit -> Teams & Price Lists).

When I click the “Create New Team” button, I get a pop up window where I can enter the team’s name, description and assignable users. When I click “Create”, nothing happens. It looks like there is no action associated with that button.

Can someone helps me plz?

We assume that there is a specific problem with your installation, because we can't reproduce this problem here. Could you please provide the following information so that we can investigate more in detail:

- a screenshot of the "Create team" window (when having the trouble)
- your exact JIRA version
- database and database version you use
- JIRA server logs (for a timeframe where you have had the problem)
