Create a MR in Gitlab will trigger the event pull request created

Hello,

I would like when we create a MR with the JIRA key to trigger the event pull request created and change automatically the status of the JIRA ticket corresponding. When we create the MR, a Web link is added to the ticket (web link will go on the MR webpage) but the trigger is not working and I don't know why...
Could you please help me on this topic?
