Create SF tasks for every jira ticket

I'm using Connector for Salesforce and Jira in order to sync jira tickets with some SF objects.

How can I automate the following?

When jira issue is created create a SF task automatically?

Currently it requires manual clicks from every ticket

Hi Valerie, Aaron here from the ServiceRocket Support team.

You can automate the Salesforce Object creation by adding the post-function "Create Object" to the Create transition" :

Make sure to add the available objects (Connection configuration), Bindings, and Mappings first. In addition, take a look at the matrix field guide to know which fields are compatible between SF and Jira when configuring the mapping:
