Copying Multi-User field values

Hi,

I am using Automation for Jira and am trying to copy users from Request Participants to a Custom Multi-User field in the same issue on issue creation.

Is this possible using the JSON option?

The reason I am doing this is that Jira does not support participants to have access to issues with Issue Level Security on.

Hey there Valgeir,

You should be able to the normal edit issue action to copy from a Request Participant field.

1.  Pick you Cusom Multi User field
2. Click on the ... then Copy From
3. You can click on the field area that pops up and pick the field to copy from
