Copy to Subtask plugin giving error "file not available"

Mihkel M September 27, 2017

Hi,

The Install button in Jira is saying: "the file for 'copy to subtask' is not available". Checked via wget  - url is working. However we can't install it - we have Jira version 7.1.9, build 71013.

Help appreciated.

Thanks

Have you installed the JSP files that come along the JCTS plugin?

Mihkel M September 28, 2017

Yes, there were only 3 JSP files - we did it manually, from the command line. But after that, we can't see the plugin name in the "User installed add-on list".

When we first tried through the UI, in the logs, following error was presented:
"2017-09-27 11:04:39,163 UpmAsynchronousTaskManager:thread-4 ERROR userx 525x143905x1 mjwa4e 10.20.5.149,10.169.169.3 /rest/plugins/1.0/installed-marketplace [c.a.u.c.r.resources.install.InstallFromUriTask] Error downloading plugin from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.copy-to-subtask-plugin/version/48"
