Convertir una alerta de check_mk a un ticket jira

Hola buenos días,

Estamos tratando de conseguir que una alerta de check_mk se convierta en un ticket en Jira.

La versión del check_mk es 1.6.0.9p enterprise y nuestra versión de Jira es 8.5.1.

Hay algún manual que podamos seguir, por favor?

Checking some articles about integration with Jira and Check_MK, I was able to find the following article:

Can you please check if those instructions are applicable?

Additionally, I must confess that I'm no specialist in Check_MK, but I see it is based on Nagios application. There are some integration plugins that can integration Nagios and Jira properly:
