Converting Lucidchart to Draw.io Problem

Hi All

I have a problem in Confluence that I cant seem to figure out.

Im currently converting all our Lucidchart diagrams to Draw.io using the Lucidchart OnPrem Import functionality.

The problem that Im experiencing is as follows.

The Lucidchart diagrams are converting to Draw.io successfully.  When I view the page, I can see the Draw.io image. If I click Edit, it then shows the image in Lucidchart.

Does anybody know how I can fix this. When clicking edit, Im expecting to see it loading in Draw.io and not Lucidchart.

Things I have tried:

1. Disabling Lucidchart

2. Running in SafeMode

3. Clearing plugin cache

Please note, Im using a trial version on Draw.io in our dev environment as we want to purchase the app but this is stopping us from doing so

Disable synchrony before starting the importer. It's probably that you have draft pages with newly inserted Lucid diagrams and the importer doesn't convert draft pages.
