Context parameter `version.id` is missing

I am trying to add web panel with location `atl.jira.releasereport.panels`, which is a release detail tab. But  `version.id` parameter is empty in descriptor url . How can I get information about current release?

I’m trying to use another web panel on the same page (location: atl.jira.releasereport.top.right.panels) and see the same problem. I want to display information about a specific version on the page for that version but can’t access the version ID.

How can I get the version ID?
