Connecting jira cloud with Microsoft Navision

I'm looking for a sollution for our situation. I'm a student who has a subject for this IT company. We are currently using Microsoft Navision to do our administration. I want to know if it's possible to get a full sync between Jira Services Management cloud Or Server and Nav. And how do i manage this?

For the rest, if I understand correctly, you are trying to integrate Jira (JSM) with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
