Configuring XRAY - privileges

I am a project administrator in JIRA and not a Jira administrator. We have several projects in JIRA.

My question is:-

1. How can I configure my project specific settings?

At present, the XRAY default settings can only be set at JIRA level. So If i wanted to add a test plan to my project in JIRA and override the JIRA default settings, then it won't allow me to. 

2. In the help 'Documentation' section in XRAY, there is no information on what privileges should the user have in order to change the settings. Could you please let me know if there is any page which explains about the permissions to configure a XRAY for a particular project in JIRA, and XRAY tool in JIRA for all projects?

3. Can I add more status field in my test execution? currently the default one is Pass/Fail/No Run. But I also wanted customised fields

Hi Amruta,

1 - To configure your project specific settings you must go to the Project Settings, on the down left corner whenever you are inside your project.

For the example you provided, you must edit the Issue Type Scheme which is a Jira definition that we cannot overwrite.

2 - The best documentation for you to learn the needed configurations is here.

3 - Yes, it is possible to add custom Test Run Status values to your projects, you can read about it here.
