I add two customer field(Change Coordinator and Coordinators ) to an issue type. I have pre-set default value for both of them in Customer field configuration screen. Change Coordinator pull data from JIRA user group, and the other pull data from Insight.
I was able to see both of them in the Customer Portal.
But only the first one display defalut value I pre-set.
Coordinators was able to use but no default value.
My setting as below, Could someone shed some light on how to make Insight Object shown in Customer field as default value?
