Confiform DateTime how to parse the value SUPPORT-1905

vertuna  SUPPORT-1905 Vertuna Support Request

this is my field definition.

[entry.changeStartTime] is not working at all, if i access it it gives empty value.

however ${changeStartTime} fetches the value but the value is coming some looong number eg., something like this  : 1554739800000.

Now my question is, how to change this format to "DD-MM-YYY HH:MM" format.

i tried every thing its not working, how to use virtual functions. 

Can someone in the group who is more knowledgable give working code or sample on this please.
