Condition Based on User Group

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to have tickets associated with a user (creator or assigned) in a specific group set the issue security level.  

How to I access a user's group in an conditional statement?

Hi Michael

You should be able to create a rule based on an Issue Created trigger.

Then add a condition for User Condition and select that the Reporter is in group ....
