I would like for users to be able to add a comment to the Customer Satisfaction Survey.  Can this be accomplished without a 3rd party add-on?

Hi @Jennifer Fretwell

If you are using JSM, out of the box, when you get the customer satisfaction email, you can add comments to it when you click on the star rating.
