We have a space where most users can only see the published version with a small group of people who are allowed editing. The method to provide feedback on the pages is to leave inline comments (we have disabled page comments since they never resolve). However, we noticed recently that some pages would not have an inline comment bubble come up, just the enter a jira issue. After investigation, it appears to be pages which have a draft version of the page.
Is there some reason why the comments are disabled when there is a draft page? We're using Comala Workflows, but not publishing to a new space or anything like that. We just have the editor in chief workflow enabled on pages which have particular labels.
Thanks!
Lynne
