Comala plug-in: Can I change the approvers based on active user or user who drafted the document.

The idea is that I'd like to use conditional triggers for different email messages which looks doable. But I don't see how I can change approvers in an approval macro based on the active user or who authored the document.

Hi @Rob Rob, welcome to the Community!

One option would be for you to use what we call Value References to page creator, modifier or the user that triggered a transition. See this page in our wiki for more detail and example of how to use them.

If you need more detailed help with your workflow, you can contact our friendly Customer Success team via https://support.comalatech.com, it would be super helpful if you could include your workflow markup as a txt file attachment.

All the best
