Hey y'all,
I've been experimenting with Comala Document Management in Confluence some and could use some help designing my workflow.
A new page is being created and edited by a person. Once finished the draft needs to go through two review steps before it is finally published.
I'd like to let the person who writes the original draft specify the person to review the draft (orange status) AND the person to then finally publish it (blue status).
Is that possible to build in any way?
Huge thanks in advance!
Tom
Hello @TS1803 , welcome to the community!
You can do this in Comala Document Management Server / Data Center by using the 'Required parameters' capability. See our documentation for more details: https://wiki.comalatech.com/display/CDML/Require+Parameters+on+State+Transitions
If you need any further help designing your workflow, you can reach out to our friendly Customer Success team at https://support.comalatech.com anytime.
Kind regards
