Cloning a story or task assigns it to the same epic it was cloned from

Is it possible to set up a rule, or some setting that allows a cloned story or task to belong to the same epic?

Hi @jk ,

Please check the create screen of the target issuetype. Add "Epic Link" to target issuetype create screen. Go to Project settings, then Screen, then check the issuetypes' screens. It should now copy the Epic Link when you clone using Automation.

Let me know if this helps.
