Changing status of a parent issue when sub-task is moved to in progress

How do I make the setting for the parent issue to change status to for example in progress when a sub-task is moved to in progress for that parent.

Note: There could be multiple subtasks under the parent. So it is important to consider other possible sub-tasks statuses.
