I know that there are some question related to this topic, but I also know that some of them were for server and not for cloud.
One of my users (with admin priviledges in the project) has created a rule and today a team member of that project told me that they have an issue because of that rule.
The point is that they are changing issues types when some conditions are met, but they didn't change the request type, even manually.
Now they are asking me to resolved that (hahaha) .
Is there any workaround to change the request type using automation or JMWE in cloud version?
