Change reporter of an issue not working with automation in jira cloud



I looked at several posts but couldn't find a solution.


I create issue i jira service desk cloud from a generic email.

When i want change my reporter with automation, the reporter become "anonym".

The mail is a client of my portal and don't know how to do it now.

I believe the reporter has to be valid (and active) user account in JIRA, so if you don't have a user called "anonym" I don't think you can do this.
