Cannot enable app after update

After updating the Threaded Comments for Jira to the latest version (1.27.2), I cannot enable the app anymore. The log shows:

Unable to create application context for [info.renjithv.jira.addons.threadedcomments.threaded-comments], unsatisfied dependencies: none
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanDefinitionStoreException: Unexpected exception parsing XML document from URL [bundle://315.0:0/META-INF/spring/atlassian-plugins-component-imports.xml]; nested exception is java.lang.IllegalStateException: The bundle is uninstalled.

Also I've tried in vain to install and enable the second-latest version.

Does anyone recognize this problem? Thanks!

Hi @Berry Kersten

What about if you restart the jira app and then try to install it again? If that doesn't succeed, kindly raise a request to the vendor's support.
