Cannot enable Confluence Mobile Plugin

Carlos Henriques April 9, 2019

Hi,

We have Confluence Server 6.15.1 and we can't enable the Confluence Mobile Plugin to allow our users to access our Confluence instance from the mobile app.

The plugin is disabled and when I try to enable it I get the following message:

We have this message in Confluence logs:

08-Apr-2019 14:19:12.952 WARNING [ContainerBackgroundProcessor[StandardEngine[Standalone]]] org.apache.catalina.valves.StuckThreadDetectionValve.notifyStuckThreadDetected Thread [http-nio-8092-exec-10] (id=[221]) has been active for [61,541] milliseconds (since [4/8/19 2:18 PM]) to serve the same request for [https://<my-server>/rest/plugins/1.0/com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-mobile-plugin-key] and may be stuck (configured threshold for this StuckThreadDetectionValve is [60] seconds). There is/are [1] thread(s) in total that are monitored by this Valve and may be stuck.

Thank you.

After getting in touch with Atlassian's support team, we were able to fix this issue by resetting the plugins state map following these instructions:

Enable system add-on "Workbox - Host Plugin" and then you can enable "Confluence Mobile Plugin"
